What you are selling

A review of a recording a student sends you: your timestamped notes, drawings, attachments and practice loops on their video, delivered in the ReplayTake player. You name the product, set the price, the turnaround and the longest recording you will take. The student owns the recording and its history; you get editor access to it for the review, for as long as either of you keeps the share.

Two ways to be paid

Charged through ReplayTake. The student pays by card at checkout. Payouts go to your own Stripe account; identity checks, tax forms and payouts are Stripe’s, and ReplayTake never holds your money. ReplayTake keeps a platform fee, card processing included: 5% on orders from your own links (the ones with ?via=1), 15% on orders ReplayTake brought you. The fee is earned by bringing the student, not by hosting the review.

Paid directly to you. A product marked “paid directly” skips checkout. The student sends the recording; you collect payment yourself, by whatever means you use today. ReplayTake takes no fee and makes no payout. Before you start such a review you accept, on that order, this statement: “This student pays me directly. ReplayTake did not take payment, takes no fee, and cannot refund or mediate this order. Payment is between me and the student.” The student reads the same fact on their order page and in the “your review is ready” email. ReplayTake cannot refund, chase or mediate a payment it did not take; a dispute on such an order can only end in your storefront being unpublished or removed.

Delivery, refunds, revisions

You commit to the turnaround on the product. An order charged through ReplayTake that is not delivered by the turnaround plus three days is refunded to the student automatically, and the transfer and the fee reverse. You may refund an order yourself at any time before it closes. One revision request within seven days of delivery is part of the price. Disputes are handled by ReplayTake by email during the test.

Your page

Your page and products are yours to edit and to unpublish. Recordings students send you are private and never appear on a public page without their separate consent. ReplayTake may unpublish or remove a storefront that breaks these terms or the terms of service.
