The service

ReplayTake lets you upload or link media you have the right to use and take private, timestamped notes on it. During beta the service is provided as-is, without warranties, and may change or pause. To keep public pages from being abused, anonymous visitors are counted by a one-way hash of their address and browser, never by identity; the sample address is kept for seven days for the operator, then dropped.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload and write. You grant us only the processing rights needed to run the service (storage, transcoding, thumbnails, search indexing). Only upload media you own or are licensed to use; we respond to legitimate takedown notices and may remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers' accounts.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload the service, no redistribution of media through the platform. Storage quotas apply per membership tier.

Your account

You can export your notes at any time and delete your account from Settings — deletion is permanent and removes your media, notes, and attachments.
