Three plans. Storage is the meter. Sharing is free.

Every plan has every feature. You pay for the recordings you keep, and a studio pays once for the people who edit, never for the people it shares with.

AI hours

Prepaid hours for the accurate transcript and the drafted notes

One AI hour is one hour of recording through the pipeline: the transcript with every speaker named and the music separated out, and a first draft of the notes, sections and loops as suggestions to accept or dismiss. Plus includes 2 hours a month and Studio 5, pooled; Free buys hours like anyone else. List price is $1 an hour; packs never expire.

5 hours

$5 · $1.00/h

prepaid · never expires

20 hours

$18 · $0.90/h

prepaid · never expires

60 hours

$48 · $0.80/h

prepaid · never expires

The lesson is the example. A weekly 45-minute lesson is about three hours of recording a month. Plus’s two included hours cover most of it and a $5 pack lasts the rest of the term; Free transcribes about one lesson a month on its included minutes. How lesson replay works.

No AI ever runs on credit. Every hour is paid before it runs — a pack through checkout, or the allowance inside a plan charged in advance — the balance stops at zero, and a job that fails gives its minutes back.

Included

What's never metered

  • No opaque AI credits — AI hours are prepaid, in hours you can see, and never run on credit.
  • No seats for the people you share with — anyone you invite views, comments or edits on a free account.
  • No lock-in — Markdown, SRT and VTT export, and your recordings stay readable if you stop paying.

Founding members. Approved founding members keep Plus-level limits, free, for as long as the account exists. Founding accounts come only from a waitlist approval or an invitation from us.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free gives you the whole player and every feature, with 2 GB of storage, 25 recordings and 60 transcription minutes a month. A plan buys room, minutes and AI hours, never features.

Does anyone I share with pay?

No. Anyone you share a recording with joins on a free account and can view, comment or edit it, on every plan. Studio counts only its editor seats; the people it shares with are unlimited. A separate question is someone building a library of their own, student or not: that is their own Free or Plus account.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your recordings and notes stay readable and exportable. New uploads pause until you are back under the free limit. Nothing is deleted.

Can I export my notes?

Yes, any time: Markdown for your notes, SRT and VTT for captions and transcripts.

Are there AI credits?

No credits. The basic transcript is metered in minutes you can see on your account page. The accurate one — speakers named, music separated — and the drafted notes run on AI hours: prepaid packs of 5 hours for $5, 20 hours for $18, 60 hours for $48, plus 2 hours a month inside Plus and 5 inside Studio. No AI ever runs on credit. Every hour is paid before it runs — a pack through checkout, or the allowance inside a plan charged in advance — the balance stops at zero, and a job that fails gives its minutes back.

What does replaying a lesson cost?

Free transcribes about one lesson a month on its 60 included minutes: the basic transcript, searchable. The accurate replay — teacher and student told apart, the notes, sections and loops drafted — costs the lesson’s minutes plus a tenth for the draft from your AI hours. A weekly 45-minute lesson is about three hours a month: Plus’s two hours plus a $5 pack a term. A recap your teacher records at the end costs its few minutes.

Is my media public?

Never by default. A recording is private until you share it with named people or turn on its public page. Viewers stream from your copy through short-lived links; there is no download.

What does founding mean?
