Refunds

Last updated: September 5, 2026 · Closed test — subject to change with notice.

If you paid through ReplayTake

  • Not delivered by the turnaround on the product plus three days: refunded to your card automatically. You do not have to ask.
  • You can cancel before the expert starts the review; the order is refunded.
  • One revision request within seven days of delivery is included. Ask on the order page.
  • Something else wrong: use “Raise a problem” on the order. ReplayTake looks at every case by email during the test.

If you paid the expert directly

Some experts take payment themselves, outside ReplayTake. Their page says so, and your order page says: “Payment for this review was arranged with {name}; ReplayTake did not charge you.” In that case ReplayTake did not take your money and cannot refund, chase or mediate it. Payment is between you and the expert. ReplayTake still runs the turnaround clock and will tell you both when a review is late, and “Raise a problem” still reaches ReplayTake, which can act on the expert’s storefront but not on the payment.

Your recording

It stays in your library either way, with the expert’s notes on it, whatever happens to the order. It is private and never appears on a public page without your separate consent.

ReplayTake keeps feedback on the moment of a recording: students replay their lessons and send takes for expert review, and teachers and coaches sell that review from their own page. A student records a lesson and gets every correction on the bar it was given, with a loop to drill; a teacher publishes a page with a price and a turnaround, reviews the recording in a study player with timestamped notes, drawings and practice loops, and the student replays it until it sticks. Students join free.
